Tonight on My Kitchen Rules, Leigh & Jennifer served up an Oxtail Massaman Curry with Roti and Pickled Salad that blew the judges away. It’s a simple dish - and a risky choice at such a late stage in the competition - but Leigh & Jennifer pulled it off with aplomb, delivering a sumptuous dish that Pete called “phenomenal”, insisting that it was “the best dish I have tasted in this competition.”

Tonight on My Kitchen Rules, Nic & Rocco wowed the judges with this amazing, innovative, rum-flavoured dessert. Manu was “really, really impressed”, Pete dubbed it “fantastic” and both of them were particularly enamoured with the unique presentation.
It’s a delicious dish. From the chocolate base, to the beautiful, rum-flavoured chocolate mousse, to the crunch and sweetness of the brandy snap, this dish is divine. It’s sweet but not too sweet. As Pete put it, it’s got “everything that a wonderful dish needs.”

Tonight on My Kitchen Rules, Leigh & Jennifer cooked up this sumptuous dish which Pete called “banquet food at its best”. He continued to heap praise on the dish, declaring that it was “beautiful to look at, and even more amazing to eat… It was spectacular.”
We tend to agree. The delicious tarator sauce gives the salmon a unique flavour, and the fresh herbs cap off what is a gorgeous dish, and perfect for your next dinner party.

OK, we’re not just going to keep posting up dessert recipes, but this season of My Kitchen Rules is offering up so many gems it’s hard not to.
Case in point: On tonight’s My Kitchen Rules, Megan & Andy served up this divine tart, which helped keep them in the competition. It was a personal favourite of Pete’s, but also of guest judge Guy Grossi, who declared his love for the dish, saying in particular that the sticky honey syrup really helps balance the tart off nicely.

Asian desserts are very hard to get right, but this black rice pudding from Carly & Emily is the perfect close to your fusion meal. On tonight’s show, Pete even went as far as saying that it was one of the best desserts this season. Don’t take his word for it though, make it for yourself…
